What is the average shipping time for my order?

Most of our designer lamps are processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping typically takes 7-12 business days depending on your location, with tracking provided via email as soon as your package departs.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, Lampsmodern ships to over 50 countries worldwide. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your local regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

What is your return policy for lighting fixtures?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the item must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.

Are the light bulbs included with the lamps?

To ensure the safety of the product during transit, bulbs are typically not included unless specifically stated on the product page. Our fixtures are compatible with standard LED, CFL, and incandescent bulbs.

What should I do if my lamp arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please email us photos of the damage and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
